Private Movement Sessions

I offer both in-person and online movement sessions, designed to meet you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically.


Each session is thoughtfully customized to support your unique needs, goals, and comfort level.


I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, including those who are active and healthy, as well as clients navigating:

stroke recovery, cancer, depression, anxiety, migraines, scoliosis, arthritis, hip and knee replacement recovery, weight loss, ALS, and palliative care.


Whether you’re looking to move with more ease, build resilience, or simply feel more at home in your body, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
